he course run displays a table with detailed information about the participants and an administration overview with the submission dates and the status of the peer review.

Participants

The list of participants shows the current status in the “Step” column for each participant.

  • The plus icon allows you to view the submitted question once it has been finalized.
  • Click on a participant's name to display the detailed view with the workflow steps.
  • If you have activated the “Question evaluation” option, the ratings for each review question will be displayed. You can create a ranking by filtering by question type and sorting by column.

Export one or more questions to the question bank

Course owners and administrators with author rights have the option of exporting questions created by participants to the question bank.

To do this, select one or more rows in the participant table and choose “Export to question bank” or click on the link in the “Export” column of the desired row.

There is no export link available

If participants did not consent to the export of their question when creating it, no export link will be displayed for the corresponding question.

You can choose whether the questions to be exported should be added to a new or existing list in the question bank and can assign keywords to the questions at the same time.

Exported questions are displayed in the question pool under “My question pool.” The questions can be shared with other authors in groups and further edited there.

Updating the lists in the question bank

After exporting questions to a new list, they will not be displayed in the question bank immediately. First, click on the OLAT logo (in the main navigation on the left) to refresh the page. The new list will then be visible in the question bank."

Overview of the deadlines

The overview of the deadlines lists the dates specified for this course element.

Task

The information entered in the course element configuration for the assignment (tab “Creation of the question”) is displayed here.

Assignment of the peer reviews

Before participants can start the “Peer Review” step, a course owner must launch the assignment of the peer reviews.

The assignment is done randomly and only includes assignments that have been submitted on time. After the assignment, course participants can start the peer review.

The assignment of peer reviews can only take place if:

  1. the deadline for submitting assignments has passed, and
  2. there are enough submitted assignments (= the number of configured peer reviews + 1).

Once these conditions are met, the course owner can assign the peer reviews.

This assignment cannot be changed afterwards.
